The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an independent, non-governmental international organization with a membership of 167 national standards bodies. Founded on February 23, 1947, promoting the use of proprietary, industrial and commercial standards worldwide.

With the objective of ensuring the Quality of our Products and Services, 12 years ago, in August 2010, our Quality Management System (QMS) was certified in ISO 9001, which has allowed us to adopt a process approach when developing, implement and improve efficiency, thus increasing Customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements.

With the focus on improving and reaffirming our commitment to the Environment, as of May 20, 2022, the ISO 14001 Certification process began. Thus, continuing with the plan to reduce the environmental impact of the activities, processes and, products of the company.

The strategic decision to incorporate new ISO certifications strengthens our commitment on improving global performance and provide a solid foundation for sustainable development initiatives. In order to achieve this integration more efficiently and reduce duplication of work, we have transformed our Quality Management System into an Integrated Management System (IMS) with a new scope that includes ISO 9001 certification and ISO 14001 in a unified way:

Assembly and Commercialization of Control and Power Conversion Equipment for Heavy Industry. Including the Identification and Administration of the Environmental Aspects and Impacts Derived from Operations such Purchasing, Importation, Integration, Storage, Assembly, Packaging and Distribution.

This new Integrated Management System is designed to manage multiple aspects of the operation and its relationship with the standards related to Quality management, the Environment and Occupational Health and Safety.

From October 31 to November 3, 2022, the 13th External Audit was carried out by the Company TÜV SÜD América de México, S.A. de C.V. Being this occasion, the first time that our new Integrated Management System is audited (Quality and Environmental), which today consists of 45 Processes.

On December 6, 2022, the lead auditor MCI. Carlos González Chavarría informed that he considered it ACCEPTABLE, therefore he would issue the recommendation for:
• Certification (ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System)
• and recertification (ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System)

Last Friday, January 20, 2023, TÜV has sent both Certificates and today we are pleased to inform that we have a Integrated Management System certified under Standards 9001 and 14001.
