MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

Single-sided, double-sided and multilayer rigid boards:
  • RoHS compliant FR-4 material

  • Up to 14 layers

  • 1, 1.5 and 2.5 oz. finished copper

  • 13.5 x 9.5-inch maximum board size

  • 0.25 x 0.25-inch minimum board size

  • +/- 0.004-inch finished hole size tolerance

  • 0.005-inch minimum traces/spaces

  • Tin/lead, Silver, ENIG or Gold tabs (hard gold) surface finishes

  • LPI green, blue, red, black or white solder mask

  • 1 or 2 sides white, black or yellow legend

  • Manufacturing quality Std. IPC-A-600 Class 2 and UL 796

ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLY

Through-hole, SMD, and chassis assembly mounting:

  • Wave Soldering Machine

  • SMT Batch Assembly Station

Bare board test. Microscope and optical inspection.
