AMI inaugurates the Systems Integration Lab at Monterrey Headquarters

The Systems Integration Lab was inaugurated at AMI headquarters on April 18, with Takeda Makoto, CEO of Resonac Graphite, and Shibata Hideki, CDO of Resonac, as special guests. This laboratory aims to continue developing state-of-the-art systems with a highly trained team to provide high-level system solutions.

AMI understands the importance of thorough testing on developed systems, which is why it has invested in technology and equipment. With these new facilities, AMI’s engineering team can perform factory system tests that will allow for a complete evaluation of the developed systems, including controllers, HMIs, and drives assembled at AMI. In addition, they will be able to validate all network interfaces, including third-party PLCs.

Furthermore, these facilities will provide opportunities for operators, project personnel, and maintenance staff to participate in factory tests, gaining valuable training and offering feedback. In addition, the engineering, services, and commissioning team of the AMI project will also be able to familiarize themselves with the system and conduct all necessary tests to minimize issues during commissioning, ensuring optimal system operation.

Through this initiative, AMI aims to ensure the quality of its systems and offer high-level solutions to its clients.
