Personal Data Transfer.
Should AMI INTERNATIONAL SAPI DE C.V. AND SUBSIDIARIES come to transfer any of its suppliers personal data in order to carry out the purposes of treatment set out in this privacy notice, will hold prior confidentiality agreements and, provide that: (1) the supplier or the person given to them agrees to submit the treatment of personal data to his privacy notice and, (2) does not involve any of the assumptions set out in Article 37 of the law.
