From October 2nd to 5th, the 8th Edition of the AMITech Seminar 2023 took place. This event is organized by AMI every two years for our customers from different industries. This year, we gathered at Cintermex in Monterrey, Mexico, where we had a total attendance of 123 participants.

Attendees had the opportunity to participate in over 15 technical conferences and 3 workshops that showcased the latest developments and products by AMI, where they could interact with other professionals who use the same equipment and systems in various industries served, such as Metals, Pulp and Paper, Cement, Mining, among others. In these sessions, attendees discovered the latest advancements in different systems like Drive Systems (AC and DC), Power Rectifiers, SVC (Static Var Compensator), LCI (Load Commutated Inverter), Cyclo-Converters, and various types of Motors. It was an excellent way for everyone to learn and connect.

After the sessions, everyone enjoyed evening activities like a Topgolf tournament, exploring the interactive museum of Horno 3, having dinner at Chipinque, and a barbecue on AMI’s terrace. It was a chance to explore the city and meet new people. You can check out the photo gallery here.
