Engineering Students from Tec de Monterrey visited AMI Automation

AMI received the visit of sixth-semester Electronic Engineering students from the block “Analysis of energy systems” (Power Electronics), from the Faculty of Engineering and Sciences of the Tecnológico de Monterrey.
As part of ITESM’s teaching method, Challenge-Based Learning requires real application problems, AMI, as a partner in this educational model, requested the students to solve a situation that could be used in future research in power electronics. This encouraged students’ interest in visiting AMI and learning about the work we perform worldwide, across different industries and applications.
After the safety talk and product presentation, the guided tour included the AMITech Center, Panels Workshop, Power Electronics Laboratory, PCB’s and Modules Assembly Area, and the Vision Laboratory.
AMI continues to support integration with educational institutions to have synergy in technological and scientific challenges, contributing and motivating students towards their development in the areas of Electronics, Power, Control and Research.
