The AMITech Center provides 24-7 EAF monitoring and support for customers that subscribe to our premium service packages to ensure their EAF is always running at its absolute peak performance. The new center complements our traditional on-site services and helps us collaborate with our customers to use our technology in ways that take their EAF to a new level of high performance and efficiency.
AMI has installed state of the art technology to provide remote monitoring, technical support, and training in the latest EAF optimizing tools including troubleshooting our systems and optimizing processes. AMI EAF optimization hardware and software is supported by the largest technical team in the world that is exclusively dedicated to EAF optimization. Our AMITech Center is another important step in AMI’s relentless passion to help our customers run the most efficient EAF’s in the world.
