Cyberattack Notification

Dear Customers, Suppliers, and Stakeholders, I am writing to inform you that our organization has experienced a cyberattack. Our security teams have been diligently working to contain and mitigate the incident.

What We Know
The investigation indicates that we were victims of an Akira ransomware attack targeting our VPN infrastructure. We are currently working to determine the full extent of the impact. The AMI DEX Team managed to stop the attack after only 8 hours, during which only a small amount of data was compromised. Fortunately, our customers’ operational data, including the entire VM2 ecosystem, has not been affected. We have activated our incident response plan and are collaborating with cybersecurity experts to investigate and address this incident.

Next Steps
We will continue to investigate the incident to determine its cause and scope. Our team is taking all necessary measures to restore affected systems, safeguard data, and prevent future occurrences. We will provide regular updates on the status of the investigation and our response. The incident will be reported to the proper authorities.
