HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?
The seminar has no cost for our attendees.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION?
Registration includes admission to technical conferences and workshops. Meals during the seminar, as well as dinners during the extra activities, are included in the registration fee. There is no additional cost for the extra activities; simply select the ones you wish to participate in by checking the respective boxes during registration. Transportation from the Convention Center to the Extra Activities is provided. Any other transportation required to reach the event venue will be arranged for participants.
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE SEMINAR?
To complete your registration, please fill out the form on our website. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique registration number. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at AMITech@amiautomation.com for assistance. Important updates and event-related information will be communicated via email, so please ensure to regularly check your inbox and stay tuned to our social media channels for further instructions.
IS THERE A DESIGNATED HOTEL FOR THE EVENT?
We recommend staying at two conveniently located hotels with direct access to the convention center: Holiday Inn Express Fundidora and Antaris Fundidora. Both hotels offer a special rate for event attendees. To take advantage of the special rate, please make your reservation directly through the dedicated section on our website, where you will find the event’s exclusive rates displayed. Reservations at these hotels include breakfast, complimentary parking, and convenient direct access to CINTERMEX, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during your stay.
HOW MANY ATTENDEES CAN BE REGISTERED?
The seminar has a limited number of attendees, however there will be a waiting list for those who wish to attend if registration closes.
WILL THE TALKS BE PRESENTED IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH?
Sessions can be presented in English or Spanish depending on the speaker. Sessions will be translated simultaneously using a special device. You will be asked for an official ID to request one. It is important to register for the session in the language of your preference.
DO I HAVE TO ATTEND THE ENTIRE EVENT?
You need to attend the event in its entirety, this will help you to get the most out of the experience and you will also receive your certificate of attendance at the seminar.
Q&A
Following each presentation, there will be a dedicated 10-minute period for Q&A with each speaker. Due to the limited time available, it may not be possible to address all questions live during the session. If your question remains unanswered, we kindly request that you reach out to a representative from our company after the event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
PRIVACY POLICY
By registering for our event, you are indicating your acceptance of our privacy policy. We would like to inform you that filming, and photography will be conducted during the event for promotional and archival purposes. The images and recordings captured may be featured on our website.
